a. The application for registration of Commercial Franchising Activity in accordance with the form enclosed with Circular No. 09/2006/TT-BTM.
b. Written introduction of Commercial Franchising Activity in accordance with the form in Annex III enclosed with Circular No. 09/2006/TT-BTM.
c. Notarized copies of Certificate of Business Resgistration or of Certificate of Investment in case of franchising from Vietnam to foreign countries; copies of foreigns traders’ Certificate of Business Registration or of other documents of equivalent legal validity notarized by competent authorities in case of franchising from abroad into Vietnam.
d. Notarized copies of Applications of Industrial Property in case of transfer of the rights to use the prtected subjects of Industrial Property.
e. Documents proving that the sub-franchise has been agreed bu the franchisors in case that traders who register franchising are sub-franchisors.
If the documents in sub-paragraphs b, d and e are manifested in foreign language, they must be translated into Vietnamese and notatized by the Vietnam notary agency.
If the documents in sub-paragraph are manifested in foreign language, they must be translated into Vietnamese and legalized by the Vietnam notary agency or the diplomatic representative office of Vietnam in foreign countries
