Client: How to set up a pure local company in Vietnam?
Answer: We understand that you request us to provide legal advice regarding to setting up a pure local company (100% owned by a Vietnamese Citizen).
For setting up a pure local company, it shall take us about 10 working days from submission of required documents to the competent authority for (i) obtaining Certificate of Business Registration; (ii) obtaining Seal Sample and (iii) Announcing the company on National Database of company registration.
Our fee for setting up such pure local company is 300USD. The fee is exclusive of 10% VAT and our actual cost for traveling out of Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City (if you setup company outside Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City).
