The SERI Respect Program (“Supporting Equality by Reimagining Industry”) at Regina Miracle International Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a collaborative initiative between Victoria’s Secret (VS&Co), CSAGA, and RISE. The graduation ceremony on August 26, 2026, featured the special presence of a high-level legal and compliance delegation from VS&Co (including the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and VPs of Compliance), along with the Factory’s Board of Management, CSAGA representatives, and the Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee (ASHC).
- The Core Role of SB Law: Always Accompanying the Enterprise

Throughout the program, the SB Law team has clearly demonstrated its role not merely as an external legal advisor but as a strategic partner, standing side-by-side with the enterprise to foster a safe working environment:
- Direct participation in the governance apparatus: Lawyer Nguyen Thi Ngoc Ha (representing SB Law) played a pivotal role as a direct member of the ASHC at the Regina Miracle factory. This reflects SB Law’s strong commitment and close companionship with the internal operations of the enterprise.
- Actualizing policies in practice: Instead of merely providing paper-based consulting, SB Law, alongside the enterprise, continuously reviews and assesses cases and workplace trends. The legal team helps the enterprise transform legal regulations into practical protection mechanisms, effectively preventing risks of sexual harassment and gender-based violence (GBV).
- Endorsement of international compliance: SB Law’s professional contributions have helped the factory meet the strict standards of global brands, earning a certificate of excellence from CSAGA and RISE. This companionship assists the enterprise in enhancing its reputation and achieving sustainable development within the global supply chain.
- Summary of the Strategic Sustainability Plan With support from the ASHC, the enterprise is committed to maintaining a sustainability plan through mandatory gender equality training for 100% of new hires, continuous multi-channel communication (videos, SERI corners, digital platforms), and conducting annual periodic surveys to measure and optimize internal policies.
The presence of the international legal delegation along with the consistent accompanying role of SB Law has created a solid legal framework, helping Regina Miracle confidently maintain a culture of respect for diversity and comprehensively protect the rights of its workers.
