Trademark registration certificate in Vietnam has 10 years of validity. After the due date, owner of the certificate is required to renew the certificate.
SBLAW would like to introduce the documents and procedures of renewing trademark certificate in Vietnam as hereafter:

A trademark once registered is valid for a term of 10 years counted from filing date and can be renewed every 10 years for an unlimited period. |
| 2- Expiration date to renew | Renew trademark in Vietnam shall be conducted before six months from expired date of registration |
