I am Japanese, intending to start a Restaurant business in Vietnam with 2 of my Vietnamese friends. I would like to draft a contract for us, should there be any disputes in the future.
I would like to know an estimation on your fees to draft a contract.

This is reference to your conservation. I am Lawyer of SB Law. I was entrusted to provide you legal advice regarding to the matter below.
Our legal service fee for preparing a shareholder agreement between you and two Vietnamese Partner shall be 1,250USD.
The fee is exclusive of 10% VAT. The contract shall be in English only.
If you request us to further update the contract and it exceed 3 times or 5 working hours after the first drafted contract, we shall further charge 165USD for each additional working hour.
