On April 26, 2024, the Government Office issued Official Letter 2809/VPCP-CN 2024 to build a plan to implement the Housing Law and the Real Estate Business Law. Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has the following opinions: The Minister of Construction urgently prepares the dossier to report to the Government to submit to the National Assembly for proposing the effective date of the Housing Law and the Real Estate Business Law from July 1, 2024, in April 2024. The Ministry of Construction leads and coordinates with the Ministries and sectors to urgently build, appraise, and submit to the Government the Decrees detailing the implementation of the Housing Law and the Real Estate Business Law before May 10, 2024. The Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Public Security, and the State Bank of Vietnam urgently build and issue under their authority the Circulars on guiding the implementation of the Decrees detailing the Housing Law and the Real Estate Business Law effective from July 1, 2024; urge and guide localities to issue detailed regulations.
