Scope of work and performance time
According to actual status of the case, SB Law estimates our scope of work as follows:
- Draft documents requiring disputing Party to resolve satisfactorily for Clients when unilaterally terminating the labor contract;
- Representing the Client to work with the disputing Party (The number of meeting expected from 01 to 03 times);
- Give legal advice regarding on resolving this case;
- Update the results of the work after the meetings with disputing Party to the Client.
- All of documents shall be made in the English and Vietnamese languages
Within 05 working days from the date that SB Law receives payment of service fees, we would provide Client a draft of the letter of request for review. Upon Client’s approval, we would send the buyers the official Letter of Request on Client’s behalf then arrange the meeting schedules with them.
