2. TIME

2.1. Time for testing products

Products shall be tested with 12 days from receiving sample

2.1. Time for drafting dossier:

Drafting required documents and complete of all required forms: 03 working days each product from date of receipt of sufficient information.

2.2. Perform procedure declaration of standard at VFA of Vietnam

Under the law of Vietnam, within  30 working days from date of receipt of sufficient dossier, VFA will issue Certificate for imported food

3. EFFECT OF CERTIFICATE OF STANDARD PRODUCT FOR IMPORTED FOOD

Certificate issued by VFA shall be effective:

  • 05 years for food product produced by manufacturer having one of the advance quality control systems certificates: HACCP, ISO 22000;
  • 03 years for food producing/trading manufacturer does not have the above mentioned certificates.
