Question: My company had agreed to rent an area to a company (“Tenant”) that provides serviced offices, virtual offices for their clients which are companies/ representative offices. Hence, they require us to provide their clients with company’s Land Use Right Certificate for the land associated with the Building with our stamp (“Paper”).
- Is it Ok if we provide this Paper for the third parties? Do we need any other official paper from our Tenant in order to do it?
- As clients of our Tenant are short-term and mid-term, can we provide them a large number of this Paper (eg: 10 copies) as per time of requirement?
Should you need any further information, please feel free to contact me.

Regarding your question, please find hereunder our opinion for your reference.
1. Is it Ok if we provide this Paper for the third parties? Do we need any other official paper from our Tenant in order to do it?
It is Ok to provide the copy of the Use Right Certificate with your stamp for the third parties. Because maybe the third parties need the copies to obtain licenses to do business, for example. In addition, you don't need any other official paper from your Tenant in order to do it.
2.As clients of our Tenant are short-term and mid-term, can we provide them a large number of this Paper (eg: 10 copies) as per time of requirement?
As mentioned above, there is no problem to provide your Tenant the copies of the Use Right Certificate with your stamp, so you can provide them a large number of the copies as per time of requirement. It depends on your decision.
