In case a lawful owner of a patent would like to assign his patent to a third party, he can register the patent assignment at National Office of Intellectual Property as below:
The required documents include:
- Application form
- The assignment agreement of the patent
- The original of the patent
- Power of Attorney
Examination period:
According to Intellectual Property law, the examination period of the patent assignment is from 3 to 4 months.
