Accepting the invitation of the Editorial Board of InvestTV Channel of Vietnam Television (VTV), lawyer Nguyen Thanh Ha took part into television program with subject “Trade Secret Protection for the Vietnamese enterprises”.
With the profound legal knowledge and experience on this issue, together with other legal professors, lawyer Nguyen Thanh Ha analyzed, indicated these existing problems, concurrently, pointed out the approaches, the measures which the Vietnamese enterprises possibly apply for protecting their trade secrets.
