Question: We are foreign company and would like to set up company in Vietnam. We are preparing the required document in which they request us to do legalization, What does “legalization” mean under Vietnamese law?
Answer: "Legalization" means "apostille". It shall require the documents to be certified by both of Notary Public and Vietnam Embassy in foreign country.
