This is with regards to your email, from which you requested us to advise for Client to prepare employment contract under Vietnam Law. Thus, we are pleased to present herewith our Legal Service Proposal for your kind reference.
1. SCOPE OF WORKS
With regards to preparation of employment contract, our scope of work shall be as follows:
- To study background of the case from which you request us to prepare employment contract;
- To prepare employment contract under Vietnam Law in order to best protect right and interest of Client;
- To answer Client’s questions and explain (if so required) on clause/term contained in the employment contract;
- To update the employment contract in accordance with inquiry of
We intend to complete preparation of employment contract within 03 working days from starting date in which Client makes advance payment to SB Law in accordance with Clause 4 follows.
2. PROFESSIONAL FEE
SB Law professional fees for the scope of work as stipulated at Item 1 shall be 8,346,000 VND (Eight million three hundred and forty six thousand Vietnam Dong). The service fee is exclusive of VAT (10%).
Additional expense for providing further update to the drafted employment contract from 3rd time after the first drafted employment contract is 4,538,000VND (Four million five hundred and thirty eight thousand Vietnam Dong).
