Under Vietnam Law, foreign invested company is not allowed to involve with distribution of pharmaceutical products.
However, we can assist you to setup Foreign Invested Company for import of Pharmaceutical Products.
Foreign Invested Company importing Pharmaceutical Products shall not involve with distribution of the same.
It shall have to sell pharmaceutical products to licensed pharmaceutical traders in Vietnam.
