Generally, if you just do import, export, wholesale distribution (except for lubricant, grease) then company registration process includes the following steps:
(1) investment registration, and ư
(2) company registration.
No need Trading License.
Otherwise, if you want to do import, export, wholesale distribution and retail distribution then company registration process includes the following steps:
(1) investment registration,
(2) company registration, and
(3) Trading License.
Customs procedures and/or import license varies upon the nature of goods to be traded, please kindly be advised by your logistics/customs agency to understand those regulations.
