Question: I am from foreign .company I am glad to know you via the internet. We intend to set up a company in Saigon, Vietnam. So I'm writing to ask for some advice. We'd like to know the details of the expense for setting up and operation. We look forward to receiving your early reply. Thank you.

Under Vietnam Law, in order to setup a Foreign Invested Company, Client shall need to (i) obtain an Investment Certificate and (ii) a Certificate of Business Registration.

Possibility of obtainment of such licenses shall very much depend on which business activities that you intend to carry out in Vietnam.
