SB Law advised a Japanese investor to establish a subsidiary for the implementation of an investment project in the field of sanitation and installation of furniture services in Vietnam.
SB Law has successfully advised ENTRY, Inc., a Japanese investor to implement an investment project in Vietnam. Specifically, the Investor established ENTRY Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Hanoi operating in the field of sanitation and installation of furniture services. The total registered investment capital is about 64,000 USD. The project was approved by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment and granted an Investor Registration Certificate on 10 October 2022.
SB Law supported the Investor with:
- Preparation of necessary application dossiers for the investment registration as required by laws;
- Representing the Investor to submit application dossiers at competent state authorities;
- Updating the dossier handling process for the Investor;
- Receiving the result from competent state authorities and handing over to the Investor.
