Resolution 76/NQ-CP 2024 on subjects eligible for land rent and water surface rent reduction

On May 24, 2024, the Government issued Resolution 76/NQ-CP on subjects eligible for land rent and water surface rent reduction in Resolution 07/NQ-CP dated January 30, 2023 of the Government on money reduction.

Land and water surface rental in 2022 for those affected by the Covid-19 epidemic. Accordingly:

  1. Additional clarification of subjects eligible for reduction of land rent and water surface rent in Article 1 of Resolution No. 07/NQ-CP as follows:

- The impact of the Covid-19 epidemic specified in Article 1 of Resolution No. 07/NQ-CP dated January 30, 2023 of the Government is a general impact on the national economy.

- Organizations, units, businesses, households and individuals are being leased land or water surface directly by the State according to Decision or Contract or Certificate of land use rights, house ownership and Other assets attached to land of competent state agencies in the form of annual land rent and water surface rent payments are subject to reduction in land rent and water surface rent according to the provisions of Article 1 of Resolution No. 07/NQ-CP dated January 30, 2023 of the Government.

 

For land and water surface renters who have submitted 01 set of documents requesting a reduction in land rent or water surface rent in 2022 according to the provisions of Article 2 of Resolution No. 07/NQ-CP dated January 30, 2023 of the Government. The government shall comply with the provisions of this Resolution (including dossiers requesting reduction of land rent or water surface rent that land and water surface renters have submitted in accordance with regulations but have not been processed by the effective date of this Resolution).
