According to the regulations stated in the Decree No. 102/2013/ND-CP detailing a number of articles of the Labor Code regarding foreign worker in Vietnam, there has been not any regulation on the rate of foreign worker / total employee in company.
With regard to salary, in the licensing process of work permit, Vietnam company should declare a suitable salary amount because in the process of working in Vietnam, the aforesaid salary amount will be declared with the tax authority.
The Vietnam company should declare only one level in these two times. Besides, in our opinion, the Company should ask its accounting department to finalize salary amount.
