Dear Sir or Madam,
For importation of health care product into Vietnam, you must have a qualified importer in Vietnam to register the product with Vietnam Competent authority. Such importer shall be responsible to take care importation and distribution of health care products in Vietnam.
Depending on classification of your health care product, the registration process may be different. If your health care product is classified to supplemental food, it shall take you about 2.5 months to complete the registration. Otherwise, if your health care product is classified to pharmaceutical product, it shall take you about 2 years to complete the pharmaceutical product's registration.
Our fee for registration of supplemental food product shall be 1,000USD. The fee is exclusive of 10% VAT. For pharmaceutical product's registration, we do not have expertise in pharmaceutical product's registration.
