Question: I have one question regarding the product license of cosmetic products such as body shower and body lotion.
We are foreign company and wants to export that products to the end client in Vietnam.
My question is if we need to get product license.
If weneed that service, how is your fee?
Answenr: In such case, the products must be registered with the competent authority in Vietnam before import. If your Company directly register under its name, your Company must have a representative office in Vietnam.
Otherwise, it must have an agency in Vietnam to register such products.
Our service fee shall be 600USD/per 01 product.
For the 6th-15th one, our fee shall be 500USD/01 product.
For the 16th one upward, our fee shall be 450USD/01 product.
The fee is exclusive of 10% VAT and governmental fee.
