Decision 257/QD-TTg 2024 was signed by Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai on March 30, 2024. This decision issues the plan for the implementation of the Law on Credit Institutions number 32/2024/QH15.
In this Decision, the lead agency is the State Bank along with the coordinating agencies assigned to draft 10 documents guiding the implementation of the Law on Credit Institutions. Accordingly, in the first and second quarters of 2024 and the following years, the State Bank leads the organization of disseminating and popularizing the provisions of the Law.
The guiding documents are ensured to take effect from July 1, 2024
