Regarding preparation of NDA, our fee shall be 450USD with 3 rounds of update. The fee is exclusive of VAT 10%.
For preparation of other agreements, please let us know background of each case. Then, we shall provide our quotation. Otherwise, it shall be charged based on our hourly rate as follows:
Partner: 250USD
Associate: 150USD
Paralegal: 80USD
