List of Periodic Reporting Regimes in the Field of Prices of the Ministry of Finance

On August 14, 2024, the Ministry of Finance issued Decision 1923/QD-BTC announcing the list of periodic reporting regimes in the field of prices under its management. The list includes four types of periodic reports submitted between state administrative agencies:

  1. General Market Price Report submitted to the Chair of the Prime Minister's Price Management Steering Committee for the Steering Committee meeting:

  • Reporting entity: Ministry of Finance.
  • Report receiving agency: Chair of the Prime Minister's Price Management Steering Committee.
  • Reporting frequency: Quarterly (3 months, 6 months, 9 months), and yearly.
  1. Aggregated Market Price Report of Localities submitted to the Prime Minister:

  • Reporting entity: Ministry of Finance.
  • Report receiving agency: Prime Minister.
  • Reporting frequency: Quarterly (3 months, 6 months, 9 months), and yearly.
  1. Specialized Market Price Report submitted to the Ministry of Finance for synthesis and further submission to the Chair of the Price Management Steering Committee:

  • Reporting entity: Ministries and ministerial-level agencies.
  • Report receiving agency: Ministry of Finance (Price Management Department).
  • Reporting frequency: Monthly, quarterly (3 months, 6 months, 9 months), and yearly.
  1. Local Market Price Report submitted to the Ministry of Finance:

  • Reporting entity: Provincial People's Committees.
  • Report receiving agency: Ministry of Finance (Price Management Department).
  • Reporting frequency: Monthly, quarterly (3 months, 6 months, 9 months), and yearly.

This decision takes effect from August 14, 2024.
