On March 8, 2024, the Minister of Construction issued Decision 157/QD-BXD on the List of administrative procedures under the management of the Ministry of Construction eligible for implementation online throughout the process.
Accordingly, the list of administrative procedures eligible to perform full online service under the Ministry of Construction is for example:
* Field of planning and architecture:
- Procedures for converting architectural practice certificates of foreigners in Vietnam.
- Procedures for recognition of architectural practice certificates of foreigners in Vietnam.
- Procedures for renewing architectural practice certificates.
- The procedure for re-issuing the architectural practice certificate is incorrectly recorded due to the error of the practice certificate-issuing agency.
- Procedures for reissuing the architectural practice certificate (due to loss, damage or change in personal information recorded in the architectural practice certificate).
- Procedures for issuance of architectural practice certificates as prescribed.
- Procedures for recognizing social-professional organizations, research facilities, and training facilities as qualified to conduct tests to grant architectural practice certificates.
- Provide information on construction planning under the authority of the district People's Committee.
- Provide information on construction planning under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee.
* Construction materials field:
- Re-issuance of the Certificate of registration of activities certifying the quality of products and construction materials.
- Issuing and amending the Certificate of registration of activities certifying the quality of construction materials and products.
- Issuance of Certificate of registration of activities certifying the quality of construction materials products and goods - Re-issuance of certificates of quality testing activities of products and goods of construction materials.
- Issuing and amending certificates of registration of quality testing activities for construction materials and products.
- New issuance of Certificate of registration of quality testing activities for products and construction materials.
