We understand that you (the Client) are intending to expand business, sets up a factory in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for manufacturing and distributing pre-packaged ready meal food and raw food. Therefore, you now needs legal service for:
- Providing roadmap of legal procedures for setting up factory, expanding business in production and distribution of pre-packaged ready meal food and raw food in Ho Chi Minh City;
- Providing regulations, information regarding certifications/permits/licenses that Client must have for each step of the roadmap according to laws of Vietnam;
- Providing legal advice for location of the factory;
- Recommend some notable Industrial Parks/Industrial Zones for reference of Client.
1. Scope of works
Following works are proposed based on the request of Client:
- To study business goals of Client;
- Providing a legal opinion under Vietnam legislation regarding Client’s business. In detail:

2. Timing
With the mentioned-above Scope of Works, we propose that 1st Draft of Legal Opinion shall be provided within 07 working days upon full receipt of necessary documents, information required by SB Law and fully receive the payment from Client.
