Question: Our company is looking to find a law firm to provide legal advice regarding to a case regarding to necessary legal license/paper work under Vietnam Law in order to enable two foreign employees to work for company. Please quote.

Answer:

We understand that we were requested to provide legal advice regarding to a case regarding to necessary legal license/paper work under Vietnam Law in order to enable two foreign employees to work for Client. Thus, we are grateful to present you our Legal Services Proposal for your review and consideration.

1.     SCOPE OF WORKS

Following works are proposed based on the request of Client. However, depending on the specific position/situation of Client, several work items may not be necessary. Meanwhile, other works may be required. SB Law shall immediately advise Client the same upon review documents of the case. Any additional works shall not fall under the scope of this Engagement Letter, but could be provided upon request.

  • Studying subject matters to be interested by
  • Studying Vietnam Law regarding to subject matters requested by
  • Providing Legal Advisory Report on subject matters under Vietnam
  • Explaining, clarifying if Client have any questions/ comments regarding the Legal Advisory Report (not exceed 02 working hours);

We anticipate that it shall take us two working days from earlier of signing date of legal service contract or when SB Law receives deposit payment from Client.

2.     PROFESSIONAL FEE

The Price for performing the SB Law services as mentioned in item 1 above will be USD 575 (Five hundred and seventy five US Dollar). The fee is exclusive of 10% VAT.

Hourly rate for extra working hours for explaining, clarifying if Client have any questions/ comments regarding the Legal Opinion shall be 175USD/1 working hour.
