Under the booming of landing and housing market, the Companies established many real estate trading floors. However, due to many different reasons including lacking knowledge of law on intellectual property, many of the real estate trading floors had the same name, which led to a lot of disputes, including the trademark dispute of " Nam Tien" and image between two Real Estate Companies in Ho Chi Minh City. VTC8, VITV made a broadcasting reportage on this issue.
In this program, Lawyer Nguyen Thanh Ha, together with the experts in National Office of Intellectual Property, analyzed the legal aspects of these issues and suggested the Companies in giving a name and building a brand in order to avoid the unfortunate disputes in the future.
