Thereby, salary increases will be carried out according to the agreement of the parties or collective labor agreements, regulations of the enterprise.
Therefore, there is no regulation that requires you to increase salaries for employees every year. Salary increases will be based on agreements in the contract or collective labor agreements, regulations issued by you regarding increasing or maintaining the salary level.
