I am Lawyer of SB Law. I was entrusted to provide you legal advice regarding to establishment of business in Vietnam.
We noted that you are interested in setting up retailed business in Vietnam. Retailed business in Vietnam is classified as conditional investment sector. Foreign Investor shall be prohibited or restricted from trading several goods such as pharmaceutical products, rice, sugar, oil, lubricant, salt… Meanwhile, several goods such as cosmetic, food etc shall require you to satisfy conditions for sale… Foreign Investor shall need to declare in detail what kind of goods to be retailed during processing with licensing procedure. Then, in order to provide you practical and comprehensive advice on this, we need you to answer following questions:
– What kind of goods do you intend to retail in Vietnam?
– Will you setup retailed outlet for your business? If yes, please let us know whether or not such retailed outlet shall have a space of 500m2 upward? Did you have any idea on the location of such proposed retail outlet.
We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.
