1.Your legal service fees (fixed net price) for setting up company/branch/Liaison,
Although applicable laws and regulations allowing foreign business entity to open branch office in Vietnam; however, in practice, registration of branch office is only permitted for some certain industries such as: banking, insurance, oil & gas. For the rest business lines, the most common investment vehicles available to foreign investor are company or representative office.
Our estimated professional fee is as follows:
1/ For registration of foreign-invested company: 8,999 USD.
2/ For registration of representative office of foreign business entity: 1,999 USD.
Those fees are exclusive from 10% Value Added Tax, translation cost (12USD/1 A4-page/300 words), governmental fee, traveling and accommodation for traveling out of Hanoi City or Ho Chi Minh City for doing works.
2.How long do you expect to complete company/Branch and liaison office setup,
1/ For registration of foreign-invested company including investment registration and company registration (not including sub-license registration): around 30 working days upon submission of valid application dossier.
2/ For registration of representative office of foreign business entity: around 15-20 working days upon submission of valid application dossier.
3.Any other fees expect,
