SBLAW would like to introduce  the form of assignment contract for reference's client.

DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

Now this Deed of Assignment witness as follows:

The Assignee to the Assignor (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged), the Assignor as beneficial owner of the trademarks in Vietnam has assigned, and hereby confirms said assignment and does assign, unto the Assignee all the right, title and interest derived from and connected with the trademark entitled:
