On May 26, 2024, the Prime Minister issued Directive No. 53/CĐ-TTg on expediting the development and issuance of detailed implementation regulations for the Land Law, Housing Law, Real Estate Business Law, and the Law on Credit Institutions.
Accordingly, the Government proposes important adjustments to the Land Law, Real Estate Business Law, Housing Law, and the Law on Credit Institutions to accelerate practical implementation, facilitating businesses and citizens. This proposal has been submitted to the National Assembly Standing Committee in the draft resolution amending and supplementing these laws in the 2024 legislative and ordinance development program. To ensure consistency and effectiveness of the regulations, Deputy Prime Minister Trần Hồng Hà has urged political agencies and provincial and municipal governments to promptly direct and implement specific measures to complete the development and issuance of the implementing regulations within June 2024. Additionally, the Government Office is tasked with monitoring and urging the implementation of these regulations in localities and reporting any arising issues to the Prime Minister during the implementation process.
