Regarding land rent reduction from 2020-2022, according to the provisions of law, businesses that submit applications for land rent or water surface rent reduction after March 31, 2023 will not be considered for land rent reduction. , water surface rental in 2022.
Regarding land rent reduction in 2023, organizations, units, businesses, households, and individuals are being directly leased land by the State according to the provisions of land law without distinction of land presence, water or no water surface that want to reduce land rent in 2023, must submit documents to the Economic Zone Management Board and High-Tech Park Management Board before March 31, 2024 to be considered for land rent reduction.
