Exchange Rate of Foreign Currencies for March 2024

On February 29, 2024, the State Treasury issued Announcement No. 1086/TB-KBNN regarding the exchange rates for foreign currencies in March 2024, applicable nationwide as follows:

Exchange rate between Vietnamese dong and US Dollar (USD) for March 2024: 1 USD = 23,978 VND.
Exchange rates between Vietnamese dong and other foreign currencies for March 2024: These rates are specified in the attached appendix to this official document.
Application of the exchange rates in transactions:

- Conversion and accounting for revenue and expenditure of the state budget in foreign currencies.

- Conversion and accounting for the State Treasury's financial transactions.
