Now Client has intention to engage a legal consultant on drafting of labor contract and training contract template for overseas training course of its employee in accordance with current Vietnam Law.
SBLaw - a law firm is qualified for above mentioned requirements and is willing to advice Client regarding the above-mentioned works in accordance with current Vietnam’s Laws.
1. Scope of services:
- Providing advices on all legal aspects relating to drafting of one (01) labor contract template and one (01) training contract template in Vietnamese in compliance with applicable labor laws;
- Drafting one (01) labor contract template and one (01) training contract template in Vietnamese under Client’s demand;
- After sending the first draft to Client, SBLaw will revise it up to three (03) times base on subsequent comments, suggestions or requests of the Client. If the Client continue asking SB Law to revise, then from the fourth (04) time upwards, SBLaw will charge an additional service fee and notice the Client in prior.
2. Means of services:
Consulting, Drafting labor contract and training contract template in Vietnamese, and Delivering the result to Client.
3. Timing:
- Within 01 (one) working day from singing this legal consultation service contract between two parties, SBLaw shall deliver to the Client Checklist of information and necessary documents;
- Within 02 (two) working days from full receipt of information and necessary documents delivered by the Client, SBLaw shall deliver to Client the 1st draft of labor contract and training contract template for reviewing;
- Within 01 (one) working days from receipt of subsequent comments, suggestions or requests over the 1st drafts provided by the Client, SB Law shall revise and send the 2nd revised drafts to the Client;
- Within 01 (one) working days from receipt of subsequent comments, suggestions or requests over the 2nd revised drafts provided by the Client, SBLaw shall revise and send the 3rd revised drafts to the Client;
