Question:

I am having a labor dispute with a Vietnamese employee in my company. I would like to end this dispute badly because it has been months ever since then. Can SB Law help me in this case? Thank you very much.

Scope of work:

Our provision of services shall be as follows:

  • Researching the relevant documents and explaining the Client’s legitimate rights and obligations related to the dispute in accordance with Vietnamese applicable laws;
  • Under the Client’s request, representing the Client to draft, prepare and send 01 official letter requesting the Vietnamese Employer to settle the dispute and pay the Client’s legitimate rights and benefits (Letter of Request);
  • Arranging 01 meeting with Vietnamese Employer to negotiate on the dispute resolution (if needed);
  • Reporting Client the result of the meeting and Vietnamese Employer’s comments, opinions.

Within 07 working days from the date that SB Law receives payment of service fees or the date SB Law receives full documents on the case depending on which time comes later, we would provide Client a draft of the letter of request for review. Upon Client’s approval, we would send the Vietnamese Employer the official Letter of Request on Client’s behalf.
