The international purchase and sale contract between my company, a business entity established in India and a company located in Vietnam under the purchase and sale contract has come to a dispute. Basically, the other company has to pay the amount of USD 92,045 but 2 months ago they have not paid. I was wondering if SB Law can provide a service to resolve the case? Thank you very much.

Scope of work and performance time:
Following works are proposed based on the request of Client. However, depending on the specific position/situation of Client, several work items may not be necessary:
- Researching the relevant documents and information provided by Client;
- Supporting and/or representing the Client to draft, prepare and send 01 dispatch letter requesting PHC to pay the requested amount;
- Arranging 01 meeting with PHC to discuss on the resolution of the cases; and
- Reporting Client any feedbacks and/or comments of PHC;
Work duration:
Within 05 working days from the date that SB Law receives payment of service fees, we would provide Client a draft of the letter of request for review. Upon Client’s approval, we would send PHC the official Letter of Request on Client’s behalf then arrange the meeting schedules with them.
