Direction of the Prime Minister on implementing Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15

On March 26, 2024, the Prime Minister issued Official Dispatch No. 202/TTg-NN on the implementation of Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15, thereby providing a basis to propose to the National Assembly to authorize the 2024 Land Law to take effect from July 1, 2024, and will soon be brought to life. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has the following instructions:

1. Ministers of Natural Resources and Environment, Minister of Finance, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Minister of Home Affairs, Chairman of the People's Council People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presides over and coordinates with relevant Ministries and agencies to submit to the Government Decrees, Circulars, Decisions and other relevant legal documents for guidance. , detailing the implementation of Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15.

2. Before March 31, 2024, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Justice and relevant agencies to submit to the Government the draft report of the Government (attached to the draft Resolution of the National Assembly). Association) submitted to the National Assembly to authorize Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15 to take effect from July 1, 2024.

3. Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha directly directed Ministers, Chairman of the People's Council, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to focus on implementing the plan to implement Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15.

4. The Government Office, according to its assigned functions and tasks, monitors, urges and reports to the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister on the results of task implementation.
