1.What's different between Partnership contract and Sub-contraction.
- Would you please advice us the rights and obligation which type of contracts should we sign with our partner?

As your request, we would like to advise as follows:
With partnership contract, you and your business partner shall act as Joint EPC Contractors. Both of you shall be directly responsible before the investor.
Meanwhile, with Sub-contract, you shall act as Sub-Contractor only.
Being Sub-Contractor, you shall be responsible before the EPC Contractor who sign off the sub-contract with you.
