Question: Can a foreign company set up and own preschools in Vietnam for Vietnamese children?

Under current Vietnam Law, it is possible for foreign company to setup a wholly foreign owned preschool in Vietnam. Foreign owned preschool now is not allowed to enroll Vietnamese children.
However, the good news is that Vietnam Government is under the progress finalizing regulation allowing foreign owned pre-school to enroll Vietnamese children with unlimited number. We do hope that this regulation shall be adopted by the end of this year.
