I am Lawyer of SB Law. I was assigned to provide you legal advice regarding to opening a coffee shop in Hanoi.
Firstly, for opening a coffee shop, you must find a suitable location. Please note that the location must be in total compliance with master plan of the City, which can satisfy conditions for fire fighting and prevention. We shall need to include location leasing contract into our application dossier submitted to competent authority for setting up the company.
It shall take you about 15 working days from submission of application dossier to the competent authority to obtain the Certificate of Investment Registration.
Then, within 07 working days later, we shall assist you in obtaining Certificate of Enterprise Registration. Then, you can open bank account and recruiting employee for your coffee shop.
Please note that before launching your business, you must contact competent authority to check conditions for fire fighting and prevention. You also need to pass an audit on satisfaction of conditions for food safety and hygiene.
Our cost for obtaining Certificate of Investment Registration and Certificate of Enterprise Registration is 4,000USD.
The fee is exclusive of VAT: 10% and actual cost for translating your documents from English into Vietnamese: 10USD/150 words.
