Answer: SBLAW would like to advise you as follows:
Under Vietnam Law, in order to setup a foreign invested company operating in the field of advertisement, foreign investor shall have to joint venture with a trader who has been licensed for providing advertisement service before.
SB Law shall support clients to carry out following works:
(i) Advising documents to be prepared for setting up company in Vietnam.
(ii) Preparing application dossier for setting up company in Vietnam.
(iii) On behalf of Client to work with competent authority in order to obtain (i) Investment Registration Certificate and (ii) Enterprise Registration Certificate and (iii) Registration of seal sample.
Our above said service package shall cost 4,000USD. The fee is exclusive of VAT (10%) and actual cost for translating documents issued in foreign country from English into Vietnamese (10USD/150 words) and banking cost.
