Please be noted that our fee of responses to office actions is flexible and dependent on the complexity of each case. In general, our fee as follows:

3. RENEWAL OF INDUSTRIAL DESIGN PATENT

The information below is the breakdown of charges for renewal of 01 industrial design registrations in Vietnam, in a smooth case, for your consideration:

Note: The above cost includes Official fee and Agency fee; exclude 5% VAT, bank charge ($30-40) and communication fees ($30-40); do not include additional fees in case of refusal. In case of any office action which may occur during the application proceedings, an additional charge may be incurred, upon your approval.
The request for design renewal can be filed within 6 months prior to the due date. There is a grace-period of 6 months acceptable for late renewal. In this circumstance, a late fine by 10% of official renewal fee is applied for each month late.
Required documents
- The original of Industrial Design Patent.
- An original Power of Attorney with a simply signature of the Applicant (form of SBLAW).
