On May 17, 2024, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issued Decision No. 624/QD-BLDTBXH on the announcement of amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of foreign labor management within the scope of the Ministry’s management function.
The announcement includes some notable contents such as:
- Procedure for Preparing labor source of enterprises operating services to send Vietnamese workers to work abroad under contract.
- Procedure for Registering labor supply contracts of enterprises operating services to send Vietnamese workers to work abroad under contract.
This Decision is in effect from May 17th 2024
