– Provision of electricity for residential purposes;
– Provision of residential water;
– Pay television services;
– Landline telecommunications services (voice services, internet access services);
– Mobile telecommunications services (voice services, messaging services, internet access services);
– Air passenger transport;
– Rail passenger transport;
– Purchase and sale of condominium apartments.

The Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of agencies under the Government, chairpersons of the People’s Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
This Decision takes effect from July 1, 2024.
