(SB Law) In acceptance of the invitation to join the ministerial scientific research “Amendment of the transaction amongst the relevant parties in the group of companies under the Law on Company – Experience of some countries and lessons for Vietnam” headed by Ms. Ha Thi Thanh Binh, University of Law of Ho Chi Minh City. SB Law Company, with the experiences in consulting thousands of domestic and foreign Clients, will support the research team with the following content:
- Support to research the information and documents to the practical application of the governing law on transaction amongst the relevant parties in the group of companies in Vietnam.
- Provide with the comments and feedback on the efficiency of governing law on transaction amongst the relevant parties in the group of companies and propose the suggestionto improve the law.
- Appoint the representative to attend and speak on the conference of the research team.
In this project, SB Law confirm the social responsibility of the company in accordance with supporting to institutions in doing research.
