On September 19, 2012, IBM launched the new Customer Service Centre under the global standard in Oriental Tower, No. 324 Tay Son Street, Hanoi.
The new Customer Service Centre will bring the Vietnamese customers the standard services in the warranty and other technical support services. The warranty and maintenance services is applied for a wide range of products such as: laptop, phone, smart phone, tablet,… and others in IT and Telecommunication.
In the opening ceremony, IBM announced their first Customer in Vietnam would be Lenovo. Lenovo selected IBM as the technical support supplier for the PC and other technical products.
