On April 22, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular No. 08/2024/TT-BCT amending Circulars in the field of import and export, replacing the term "Export-Import Department" with "Export-Import Bureau" in the following Circulars:
- Circular No. 10/2009/TT-BCT dated May 18, 2009, of the Minister of Industry and Trade implementing the Rules of Origin in the Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Japan on Economic Partnership.
- Circular No. 04/2010/TT-BCT dated January 25, 2010, of the Minister of Industry and Trade implementing the Rules of Origin in the Agreement between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Lao People's Democratic Republic on the rules of origin applicable to goods benefiting from preferential import tax rates between Vietnam and Laos.
- Circular No. 15/2010/TT-BCT dated April 15, 2010, of the Minister of Industry and Trade implementing the Rules of Origin in the ASEAN-India Trade in Goods Agreement.
- Circular No. 28/2012/TT-BCT dated September 27, 2012, of the Minister of Industry and Trade detailing the registration of export and import rights of foreign traders without presence in Vietnam.
This Circular shall be effective from June 7, 2024.
