On June 30, 2024, the Government issued Decree 73/2024/ND-CP, which regulates the base salary and bonus system for officials, public servants, civil servants, and armed forces personnel.
Specifically, the base salary is 2,340,000 VND/month, as stipulated in Article 3 of Decree 73/2024/ND-CP.
Article 4 of the Decree provides regulations on the bonus system for sudden rewards based on work achievements and annual regular bonuses. Notably, regarding bonuses from agencies and units, the specific bonus amount for each case does not necessarily have to be linked to the salary coefficient of each individual.
This Decree takes effect from July 1, 2024.
